1. Order Issues & Support

If you have any questions or concerns about your order — including shipping, delivery, or product-related issues — we encourage you to contact us first.

Please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We usually reply within 24 hours.

2. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. For standard (non-customized) items, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

For customized or personalized items, once production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible, even if the order has not yet shipped. In such cases, we may not be able to offer a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to review your request and assist where we can.

3. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping: We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos if possible.

4. Refunds

If your refund request is approved: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refund processing time may take 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are not refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period: 1. Check with your bank or card provider. 2. Contact your payment provider (such as PayPal or your credit card company). 3. If you still need help, feel free to contact us.
